Shaun Boyle, Founder and Coach

TL;DR - I am thrilled to be coaching early career employees and managers and I have the skills and experience to support their growth.

Since my early 20s, I have wanted to be an entrepreneur. At the time, there wasn't a business venture that crossed my mind where I thought, "THAT is what I want to build!" Instead, I began exploring careers. First was Accounting. Then HR. And one day, a dream opportunity became a reality—building and managing a new rotation program for recent undergraduate hires. This role was my first foray into a form of entrepreneurship. The role required passion, energy, creativity, commitment, adaptability and more. In addition, I discovered the joy of working with people who are new to the workforce and their front-line managers. The common themes across these populations were high energy, willingness to learn and desire to make an impact.

While running the rotation program, my manager encouraged me to take a 9 month coaching workshop with Seattle Coach. This experience was life-changing and started the journey to where I am today. I was able to use these new coaching skills first in my rotation program manager role and then in subsequent roles as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion professional and a Learning & Development leader.

In 2023, my entrepreneurial spirit and my passion for supporting early career employees came into alignment with the creation of Taber Coaching LLC.

I am investing in my own growth as a coach by studying with iPEC on energy leadership and improving my coaching skills. As a coach, I will lean into my strengths to support growth in others:

  • I boldly speak the truth with care

  • I bring an energy that inspires others to make change

  • I see the interconnectedness of parts to help you put the pieces together

  • I leverage humor and positivity to make this an enjoyable journey

Outside of my business, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our kids, staying active, attending the theater and an occasional tv series binge watch. I look forward to connecting with you.
